We offer a discounted fee on the initial consultation.
In all matters, our fees and payment terms are fully discussed with our clients at the first consultation. Fixed fee payments are offered, and payment plans are considered based upon individual circumstance. Where fixed fee payments and payment plans are not applicable, costs are based upon our hourly rate. We are also happy to accept Legal Aid clients. We are registered on the Legal Aid WA Panel of Solicitors for Family Law, Children’s Court, Violence Restraining Orders and Dispute Resolution matters. If you are eligible for Legal Aid WA funding, request that Wanneroo Legal represent you.
